- Everything was cheerful and greeted me with a smile.
- I felt involved and included.
- I was not aware of a step watch culture that prevails at the GP surgery. This immediately put me at ease.
- The staff have obviously been chosen well. They have treated me with respect as I have observed its way they have approached other patients and each other.
I bless the day I was referred here.
